Daily through January 2, 2022

Drive through Olin Park now through January 2 and take part in one of Madison’s favorite holiday traditions. The event includes 50+ light displays and admission is free!

Trivia Night at the Brass Ring
Weekly on Wednesdays and Thursdays

Put your knowledge to the test at the Brass Ring in-person and online every Wednesday and Thursday at 7 p.m. Admission is free! There are tons of bars with trivia in Madison, if you can’t make it to the Brass Ring!

A Madison Symphony Christmas
December 3–5, 2021

Listen to the Madison Symphony Orchestra ring in the season with orchestral arrangements of holiday classics and carols. The Mount Zion Gospel Choir, the Madison Youth Choirs, and more musical groups will be there! Tickets are $20-$98.

Capitol Square Downtown Food Tour
Fridays through December 17, 2021

Explore Madison’s scenic Capitol Square and neighboring areas while enjoying the grub at four amazing food spots. Expect lots of fresh Wisconsin dairy products in addition to fun! Tickets are $59.

Holiday Dane County Farmers’ Market
December 4 and 18, 2021

Hit the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center to stock up on local food and goods! Admission is free.

Charcuterie Workshop
December 8, 10, and 15, 2021

From 6 to 8 p.m., you’ll be turned into a master of the charcuterie board … and your Instagram game will never be the same. You’ll learn how to create a 9×9 board with goodies from Wisconsin artisans. Tickets are $25.

UW-Madison Arboretum Walk: Winter Family Nature Walk
December 12, 2021

This is a perfect way for families with kiddos that are elementary aged and younger to enjoy the lush, natural beauty of the Arboretum. Walks take place rain or shine (except for dangerous weather), and adults must be in attendance. Event is free!

Madison Night Market
December 16, 2021

Vendors will be out in full force on State Street on December 16, showing off amazing handmade products, art, gifts, food, and much more. There will also be live music, food trucks, and pop-up restaurant experiences. Entry is free!
